Polyfaces: A Film

Polyfaces Trailer from Regrarians Ltd. on Vimeo.

Many of you know I'm a fan of Polyface Farm and have even had the chance to visit the farm before — it's nestled in the beautiful mountains near Staunton, Virginia. You can imagine my excitement to come across this 8 minute trailer for a new film all about the farm in the worksMichael Pollan, author of Omnivores Dilemma, Food Rules and his latest, Cooked, also makes an appearance.

I know we feel like spring will never get here, but I do want to try and make it back up to the farm for one of the tours they offer. Have you had an opportunity to visit or do you have plans to?

As always,

  1. I am planning on visiting Polyface sometime in the spring as well. I bet Joel Salatin never imagined he would make such an impact to the natural food movement by being a "grass" farmer. Thanks for sharing!!!

    1. Let us know if you pick a date and we can turn this into a field trip.
