A Ledbury Valentine's Recipe


I had so much fun working with Richmond based custom menswear clothier, Ledbury, to recreate one of my favorite Valentine's Day pasta recipes.

For part of the interview, we stopped into local butcher shop, Belmont Butchery to pick up the key ingredients:
