Comforting Mushroom Soup

What a fun week it's been in the kitchen working with mushrooms. Writing for the Simple Living Blog on Relay Foods, I created this warming Hungarian Mushroom Soup.

Loaded with sweet Hungarian paprika and fresh dill, this soup did not last long as we gobbled it up for lunch Monday and Tuesday:

So head on over to Relay Living and get the recipe for this wonderful fall soup!

  1. This soup looks so good! Mushrooms, sour cream, and dill are clearly one of the best combinations ever. So glad it's soup season again. :)

  3. I really like your new head picture and that soup is something wonderful. Here it is still a bit too warm for soups but in a few weeks when mushroom season starts I will give it a try - the paprikash is in my pantry.
