E.A.T. Giveaway: 7-Inch Wüsthof Chai Dao Knife
***Update: This giveaway has ended, find the lucky winner at the bottom of the post. Stay tuned for future giveaways right here at E.A.T.! ***
Today I've got an exciting giveaway from the fine folks at Wüsthof knives to share with you — a classic 7-inch Chai Dao Knife will be given away to one lucky reader — details on how you can enter at the bottom of this post.
When I saw the video above, detailing the story behind Chef Richie Nakano's risking everything for his passion for cooking in order to start his ramen shop, Hapa Ramen, from the ground up, I knew it was something I wanted to share here on the blog. I particularly related to using the right tools to perfect your craft — this is where Wüsthof knives come in — the same knives I've used forever and swear by here in the E.A.T. kitchen.
I'm looking forward to checking out Hapa Ramen the next time I find myself in San Fransisco. If you've already been, I'd love to know which of Nakano's ramens you recommend!
Each of the following will earn you an additional entry:

ReplyDeleteI sincerely need this knife. It looks amazing.
Pushing myself outside of my comfort zone and away from my "go to" recipes is the edge in my kitchen.
ReplyDeleteFor me making dinner from scratch is my edge, especially since so many people I know opt for the already prepared, processed meal.
ReplyDeleteCooking without recipes is my edge! With three wee kids running around, I can't handle the distraction of reading a recipe. I have three wusthof knives and I love them! Would love to add this piece to my collection.

My edge is experimenting! I love to head in the pantry and just see what I can come up with! Recently I pulled out quinoa, some leftover chicken, added some homemade cheese sauce and bacon and tossed it all together as a casserole. Delish! And no cook book needed!
