Bean Soup with a Country Ham Bone

In case you missed my guest post over on Hills and Heights, it really is supposed to be soup season here in RVA — even with this beautiful 60 degree weather. If you saved your ham bone from Christmas this Bean Soup with Country Ham and Okra recipe is just for you.

Stay tuned next week as my Super Bowl Appetizers will kick back up on Monday.

Did you save your ham bone from Christmas?

  1. Used mine to make a great Senate bean soup. Will try your recipe with the next one!
