Garden Broccoli

Though my recent posts using broccoli in recipes did not contain any actual broccoli from the E.A.T. garden I wanted to just give a quick update on what we've got growing — five heads are coming in nicely. I guess you will have to live with a few more recipes using this ingredient as the star to the dish.

In other news, you remember my fresh ginger from the farmers market? Well I just came across this recipe for pickled ginger — it is a must do in the kitchen this weekend.

Do you have any must-try broccoli dishes I may be missing? The wok will definitely will be coming out if hiding in the next couple of weeks.

  1. My favorite broccoli dish is with tofu and spicy peanut sauce over rice. It is super comfort food- so good. I have been known to eat it for breakfast...
