Pimm's Cup

This classic from England made an appearance in my latest Hills and Heights summer happy hour series! The Pimm's cup is to Wimbledon what the mint julep is to the Kentucky Derby - and is perfect for the up and coming long weekend here in the states!

Find and enjoy the full recipe on "H&H: Happy Hour" and stay tuned for bi-monthly future summer posts.

Feel free to submit ideas for future cocktails by commenting below, keeping in mind I prefer to use in season ingredients. Think peaches, watermelon, and the likes.

Bloody well then.

E.A.T. local E.A.T. well
