Garden Bok Choy

Thanks goes out to Suzy Lilly at Farm to Family for the fruits of this post! She recommended this "Garlic Ginger Bok Choy" recipe from the blog elana's pantry.

Luckily picking some fresh bok choy out of the E.A.T. garden was already on the agenda today. Gluten free and full of flavor - I would highly recommend this recipe as a side with your next meal. You can purchase fresh local bok choy at the Farm to Family store or directly from the Farm to Family bus. You can find more information on Mark and Suzy Lilly here.
