A Royal Dinner

Roast Salmon with Thai Red Curry and Bok Choy was on tap for my princess tonight! We are already starting to enjoy the fruits of our labor as the bok choy was straight from the E.A.T. garden.

Mary stated "The sauce was to die for - I would be happy as a clam to have this sauce mixed with vegetables from the garden all summer". Which prompted me to ponder where did the saying happy as a clam come from - are clams happy?

  2. I checked out your princess blog and endeavors; very impressive and right up my alley! My daughter had been telling me about Etsy's and now I feel more compelled to check it out thoroughly; great meal too!
