Sunday Supper: Beer and Cheddar Soup Recipe
On to the food. I could have used a Wisconsin cheddar for this recipe but instead I went with an English cheddar named Quickeus farmhouse cheddar available at Whole Foods. I also did not attempt to use Iron City beer for this and went with a St. Peters Golden Ale instead. When making a beer and cheddar soup do not skimp on those two ingredients as those are keys to your success.

This may be the most delicious looking prediction I've ever seen. You must be doing something right though, because you nailed it.(Also, good call on skipping the Iron City.)
