Kolozsvári: Hungarian Smoked Bacon

This is a beautiful bacon that has many uses. Last night a small dice over medium low heat until rendered. Remove the bacon and slow roast brussel sprouts that have been stemmed and sliced in half. Sprinkle with the bacon bits once Brussel's have browned and serve. You can get this bacon at most European specialty deli's or you can order on line from Bende.com.
