Sunday Supper (for lunch) "Veal Parmesan and Mozzarella Sandwich"

Last night's dinner again today. A simple veal milanese was the Saturday night comfort food, but the star was today's lunch! Pulling out some fresh mozzarella and adding some leftover ciabbata bread, bolognese sauce, and the veal. This made for the perfect "Sunday Supper".....for lunch.

A wonderful way to clean a few items out of the freezer, fridge, and pantry.
