Eating in 2011 a "Top Ten" list
- Drinking more water.
- Learning more about where my food comes from.
- Concentrating more on our garden.
- Composting.
- Purchasing our food from as many local sources as we can.
- Eat more seasonally.
- Adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet.
- Make a conscious decision to have less meat in my diet.
- Adding more whole grains.
- Spinach and arugula will again be in the garden this spring.
And finally, I will start the first 12 days of 2011 doing a vegan diet. I will document my weight, vitals, obstacles, and challenges this may bring. I do vow to not go hungry and with the picture above who would have thought I could have buffalo wings, pizza, and hamburgers? All I can say is we shall see.
