Sunday Supper "Herbed White Bean and Sausage Stew"
In sticking with my bean fixation of late and the ever increasingly shorter days, I bring you this week's Sunday supper. What we have is a simple amount of fresh ingredients which includes rosemary and thyme from our garden. This stew was so full of flavor it it literally danced on the palate.
Recipe compliments of the NY Times. Omit the sausage for a vegetarian friendly meal!
** Pumpkin seeds in the first picture will be the star in a future post.
