Roasting Pumpkin Seeds

I hope you saved your pumpkins seeds! I mentioned earlier you would see these again.
  • 1 1/2 cups dried pumpkin seeds
  • 2T melted butter
  • Sea salt to taste
Combine and roast on a cookie sheet in a 300 degree oven for 45 minutes.
The health benefits of pumpkin seeds (Raw). The perfect snack to munch on while sitting at your desk or a nice topping for creamy fall soups!
