Sunday Supper "Jambalaya"

With the recent changes in the evening temperatures here in Richmond (56 Friday night) a good wake up and let the fall cooking smells permeate the house recipe is Jambalaya. With several steps this really is an easy dish to prepare! This recipe from Paul Prudhomme does not disappoint. Recipe Tip: If you are not a fan of heavy spiciness then I would cut both the Cayenne and White Pepper in half.

Also a quick plug and note on Epicurious. I have been using this site for years now to store recipes that I find and like. I currently have 134 saved.
  • Go to Epicurious
  • Mouse over the community tab and select "Find Members".
  • Scroll down and enter in the username "tvidra" in the search by display name field.
  • Hit go and I will pop right up!
  • Report back here with what you try.
