I am not a big fan of tomatoes, but I'll try anything fried! I think my favorite veggie fried would be artichokes.

ReplyDeleteI hate raw tomatoes, no matter the color. Except I had pickled green tomatoes at Lemaire and drooled over them. However, I adore making sauce from tomatoes! Tangerine, Cherokee, Hanover, Brandywine. I have this nifty peeler-deseeder; so, I scarf up tomatoes and freeze a variety of sauces for the winter. In the end, tomatoes are my friend.
