Jack O'Shea Butcher London

Continuing with my butcher shop weakness of late this is such a well done video I came across through Immaculate Infatuation. Note everything is black and white except for the meat.

I love the three points he makes for excellent beef a farmer, butcher, and chef. I believe that is a good statement for anything going from fork to mouth!

To learn more about Jack O'Shea you can visit his website here where he has some informative video tutorials like how to make a rosemary garlic lamb shank.

He sees steak in his sleep. I see steak for dinner!
