Geoduck

This duck does not go quack. Getting over the images before it hits your plate can be an issue though. Another informative video from FoodCurated.

I have had geoduck and if you like calamari or sushi you will have no problems with this. My question always with this type of food is, how hungry was the first person to stumble across this? Don't know but glad they did!
