Sunday Supper "Eggplant Parmesan"

Even though I got to work at 7:00 this morning I have been looking forward to making this all day! Now it is off to the kitchen.

  1. How I missed this post, I do not know. This is simply my favorite go to meal. (I do not eat meat) Love that you are using fresh mozzerella!
