Meet Your Local Butcher......

Maybe it's my Hungarian blood or maybe it's the fact that when I grew up the grocery store had a butcher. Or maybe it just makes sense that when you want to buy amazing cuts of meat, sausages, and bacon you go to the person who specializes in that field.

Nadolski's Butcher
is that kind of place located in Goochland Virginia. Owner Jonathan Nadolski has taken the bull by the horns so to speak and is a strong proponent of utilizing local ingredients and farmers. With this dedication and mind-set he and his wife Allisa have just celebrated their one year anniversary at the shop!

With my passion for good food and my personal pledge to buy local and fresh, Nadolski's has become a regular stop on my food circuit balancing between farmers markets and local food establishments.
